I. Overview:
Pulse bag type dust collector is widely used in the purification of dusty gases such as metallurgy, cement, boilers and chemicals, and the recovery of dust materials. Because of the advanced cleaning technology, large air volume, small floor space, high purification efficiency and reliable work, it is a mature and efficient dust removal equipment.
Second, the performance characteristics
1. Adopting the lower inlet air to pre-dust the dust-containing gas, avoiding the dusty gas directly scouring the bag, reducing the dust concentration of the dust-containing gas, and prolonging the life of the filter bag and the pulse solenoid valve.
2, the dust collector sealing materials are made of high temperature resistant materials
3. The cleaning spray pipe adopts an elongated type to keep the pulse electromagnetic valve away from high temperature flue gas and avoid high temperature damage of the pulse electromagnetic valve piece.
4. The bag mouth of the filter bag adopts elastic rising ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable.
5. The filter bag skeleton adopts a round shape, which reduces the friction between the filter bag and the skeleton, prolongs the life of the filter bag, and facilitates unloading the bag.
6. The upper bagging method is adopted. When the bag is changed, the top door is opened, and the bag can be changed after the skeleton is taken out, thereby improving the bag changing operation condition.
7. The cleaning control uses timing control. According to the set time, each row of filter bags is cleaned once in every other cleaning cycle.
