Compared with electrostatic precipitator technology, bag dust removal technology started late. Through the introduction of foreign technology and digestion and absorption, China's bag-type dust removal technology has made great progress. Various bag-type dust collector technologies are becoming more advanced, perfect and complete. Filter material technology, cleaning technology and accessories have gradually formed an industrial scale. The performance of some bag type dust removal equipment has reached the international advanced level. After dust-containing exhaust gas filtered by bag dust removal, the dust emission concentration can reach 5mg/m3, and the investment, operation and maintenance costs are gradually reduced, and the life of the filter bag is continuously extended. With the continuous improvement of China's requirements for smoke pollution control, bag dust removal technology has been more and more widely used, and is in a stage of rapid development.
(6) Electric bag and electric bag compound technology is emerging
As the country's requirements for industrial flue gas pollution control continue to increase, electrostatic precipitator technology faces serious challenges. Some enterprises that used electrostatic precipitator equipment have to transform electrostatic precipitator equipment into bag dust removal equipment because they do not meet emission requirements. This method is abbreviated as “electrical change bag”.
